Jewish War Veterans Albert Aronovitz Post #373

The Jewish War Veterans Albert Aronovitz Post #373 is part of a federally chartered, service-oriented organization comprised of members who are veterans of the armed forces or of the allied armed forces, associate members and patrons. It is part of the oldest active Veteran organization in the United States and the only Jewish agency that can lobby Congress without registering as a lobbyist. Post members visit the Veteran's Hospital, speak on community issues and work with other veterans in an effort to strengthen support for Israel.

It is one of six posts in the Gulf Coast North District Council. In turn, there are six District Councils throughout the State.

Meetings are generally held in the SCI unit of the James A. Haley VA Hospital, 13000 Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33612. Bagels, cream cheese and coffee/tea will be available at 9:30 AM and the meeting will start at 10:00 AM. We encourage members to bring potential new members, wives, husbands and significant others to the meeting.
